Magenta Care LLC in Torrance, CA seeks a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in the home setting. The role involves traveling to serve clients up to 1–2 hours outside Torrance and providing direct nursing care within the RN scope.

The ideal candidate will have CA RN licensure, at least 1 year of infusion/ER/ICU RN experience, standout IV skills, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license to support patient-centric infusion therapy.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Current California Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within the registered nurse practice act.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for a comprehensive plan of care.
• Facilitate start of care through admissions process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate with team.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

The primary location for this position will be in Torrance, CA, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Torrance to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices
