Magenta Care LLC seeks an experienced home infusion RN to provide direct patient care in the Riverside, CA area. The role involves travel to clients within a 1–2 hour radius, delivering compassionate, privacy-respecting care and coordinating with physicians.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, educate families on infusion therapy, and ensure safety and quality in a home health setting. Valid CA RN license and infusion/ER/ICU experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent IV insertion skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity. The primary location for this position will be in Riverside, CA, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Riverside to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid CA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Current California Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.
