Job summary

Great Heroes Home Healthcare Agency in Miami, FL is seeking a compassionate RN to join our at-home healthcare team. You will conduct in-home assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and therapists to deliver high-quality, personalized care in patients' homes.

The ideal candidate has an active Florida RN license, 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred), and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida is required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing procedures and wound care.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Compassionate, self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and family on disease management, medications, and home safety.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency home health regulations.
