Jethro Health System Company is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for skilled home health visits in Massachusetts. This part-time role offers independent work, flexible scheduling, and one-on-one patient care.

Driving to patient homes is required, with per-visit compensation and a SOC stipend. The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license, has at least 1 year of RN experience (home health preferred), and is comfortable using EMR/mobile documentation systems.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Comfortable using EMR and mobile documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, vital signs, and skilled nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, wound care, injections, and treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease processes, and safety.
