Job summary

Mercy Home Health in the Mercy South area is seeking a dedicated RN to join our community-based home health team. You will provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction, assess and plan care, and document outcomes with a focus on quality and compassion.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, rotating on-call weekends, and holiday rotation. Eligible candidates hold Missouri RN licensure, current BLS, and a valid driver's license with auto

Qualifications

• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.).
• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri required. Must also have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Certifications: BLS Certification required through the American Heart Association.
