Job summary

Mercy Home Health is hiring a dedicated RN to provide in-home, patient-centered care across the St. Louis Metro and surrounding counties. This community-based role offers autonomy and meaningful interactions with patients in their homes.

The position supports a flexible schedule with full-time and part-time Day Shift options, including Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and rotating on-call weekends. Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.70 per mile, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prefer one year in home health, acute care, or related field.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Certifications: BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered home health care to patients in their homes.
• Develop strong, personal connections with patients and families.
• Deliver care in the community with autonomy and compassion.
