Job summary

BrightStar Care of TX – Irving / Dallas Metro is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide in-home health care services in Irving, TX. You will assess patient needs, implement Plan of Care, and coordinate with family and staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, TX RN license, IV and wound care skills, and a commitment to HIPAA and patient privacy. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• Experience with infusions.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments.
• Reliable car and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals based on personalized Plan of Care; inform the Director of Nursing of changes.
• Counsel clients and families through care process, maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Participate in agency performance improvement activities and stay informed about home health care.
