Position Details:

• Location: Sioux Falls, SD
• Facility: 12th & Kiwanis
• Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
• Job Schedule: PRN
• Weekly Hours: Varies
• Salary Range: $32 - $48

Job Summary:

The RN is responsible for providing professional nursing services at patients' homes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, practicing within the full scope of nursing standards, and caring for patients across all phases of care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) certification preferred
