Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse in Burnsville, MN to assess and coordinate care for patients across settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized plans and ensure safe, effective nursing interventions.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and aides, respond to on-call needs, document accurately, and educate patients and families to support recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program and hold an RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, meds, IV therapy, and pain control.
• Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides; coordinate care and documentation.
• Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate clinical records and high-quality compassionate care.
