Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Burnsville, MN. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans and provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care and IV therapy. You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides while ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• One (1) year experience as an RN.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

• Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, symptom/pain control, and patient/family education.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
