Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in White River Junction, Vermont. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, helping them stay at home with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

This role emphasizes independent clinical decision-making, strong assessment skills, and the ability to manage varied home environments.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in Vermont.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adults/geriatric population in clinical settings.
• Culture of care with emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills to identify changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
