Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Bennington, Vermont. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

You’ll perform head-to-toe assessments, triage urgent clinical situations, reconcile medications, and document care. A Vermont license and at least one year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in Vermont.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Use head-to-toe assessment skills and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
