Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a Home Health RN Clinical Manager in Chattanooga, TN. Lead a team of clinicians providing 1:1 patient care in the home setting, oversee care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification required and maintain current status.
• Experience in home health care management or supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians delivering home health care.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate care across shifts and maintain program standards.
• Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings and action plans.
• Collaborate with Branch Director on performance initiatives.
• Manage audits, surveys, and KPIs related to care quality.
• Ensure staff evaluations are fair and timely.
