Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager in Chattanooga, TN. You will oversee a team of clinicians, manage patient care plans, and ensure high quality, 1:1 home visits while supporting leadership in a fast-growing organization.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise, mentorship, and autonomy within a collaborative team, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for growth. Mileage is reimbursed and a $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ years in a related management/supervisory role in home health care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care plans and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Mentor and support a team of clinicians delivering 1:1 home care.
• Coordinate with Branch Director on quality improvement actions.
• Complete documentation reviews to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
