Job summary

Adoration Health in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Home Health Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinicians delivering 1:1 in-home care. You will oversee care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical staff in a fast-growing organization.

This role offers full-time hours, a structured leadership path, and a sign-on bonus for external candidates. You will supervise nurses, manage quality metrics, and contribute to patient and family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• 1+ year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings and oversee improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Branch Director on quality initiatives and action plans.
• Oversee surveys/audits related to care quality and KPIs.
• Review documentation and care processes to identify variances and improvements.
• Lead case conferences to ensure coordination and standards of care.
• Develop and enforce performance improvement action plans and coaching.
• Ensure staff evaluations are conducted timely and fairly.
