Qualifications

• Registered by the state(s) where currently practicing.
• 3–5 years of health care/home care experience preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of community health principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Agency policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise, guide, and develop staff.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to work with individuals and enlist cooperation.
• Ability to manage stress and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards for safe, effective service with Administrator.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, and terminate staff as needed.
• Plan orientation for new employees and conduct sessions.
• Coordinate staffing patterns to meet objectives and utilization.
• Oversee plans of care and physician approvals for continuity.
• Participate in developing agency objectives and policies.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and data-driven improvement efforts.
• Provide on-call coverage and support for staff/community needs.
