BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to oversee clinical operations and quality for our home care services. You will plan care, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program reliability.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-call readiness, and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a home-health setting. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy expertise including medications and TPN.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Care plan development and oversight experience.
• Quality assurance and risk management exposure.
• Strong problem solving and decision making for staffing and operations.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Flexible with on-call responsibilities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Supervise and train home care nursing staff and caregivers.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers for high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staffing coverage for home care cases.
