Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida; CPR certification.
• Clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing client assessments and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate services and participate in case conferences with DON.
• Prepare and present client records; document clinical notes.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Orient new care providers on skills assessments.
• Assist in evaluating community needs and planning programs.
