Job summary

VyTalent Surgical Solutions seeks an RN for Home Health in Winston-Salem, NC. The contract runs for 13 weeks, with 8-hour days from 07:00 to 15:00, serving local and traveler candidates.

Requires 2 years RN experience, RN license, and willingness to obtain NC licensure; familiarity with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred. • Educate patients and family members on health management and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
