Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking an RN for a Home Health contract in Jacksonville, FL. The role covers high-touch, one-on-one patient care in patients' homes, with 8-hour day shifts on a 13-week assignment.

You will deliver skilled nursing visits, assessments, and develop care plans. Must have 1 year of RN experience, valid RN license, and willingness to obtain Florida licensure; local and traveler friendly.

Responsibilities
