Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in North Carolina. The role covers Wake, Orange, and Durham Counties with Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts, 8 hours per day, and 4 to 5 days per week.

On-call coverage is required as needed to support patient needs. The RN will manage a home health caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, utilize OASIS documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care while

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Location: Wake, Orange, and Durham Counties, NC

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

8 hours per day

4 to 5 days per week

On-call coverage as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Manage a caseload of home health patients and coordinate care plans
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Accurately document care utilizing OASIS and agency documentation standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Previous skilled home health experience
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and case management skills
