Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Home Health coverage in Merrimack, NH. The role supports adults and geriatrics, with a typical caseload of six visits daily. Expect wound care, IV management, chronic disease management, and patient education as core duties.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend requirements and mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits. An active state nursing license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of skilled home health experience.
• Valid state nursing license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with wound care, IV management, and ostomy care preferred.
• Experience with adult home health care and OASIS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients, typically 6 visits per day.
