Cynet Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for home health in the San Diego area. You will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in patients' homes, manage 5–7 visits daily, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Mileage is reimbursed and you will work a weekday schedule with one weekend per month.

Required: active RN license in the state, 1 year home health experience, and BLS certification. OASIS and HCHB experience are mandatory to succeed in this role.
