Description:This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in home health.The contractor will be responsible for providing home visits to patients in their homes.The average daily caseload will be 5 to 8 patients.Weekly productivity expectations will be between 28 and 30 units.Different visit types and documentation have varying point values.The contractor may need to travel up to 75 miles from the assigned clinic.Reliable transportation is required for this role.Mileage reimbursement will be offered at the IRS standard rate.All clinicians must be proficient in Homecare Homebase and OASIS.Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient visits.It is essential to accept all scheduled patients regardless of distance.No guaranteed hours are provided; productivity must be met.First-time travelers are not accepted; recent specialty experience is needed.Traveling between patient homes is reimbursable, but travel to the first patient and from the last is not billable.Open availability is required for this position, including potential rotations.
