Job summary

Responsibilities

Description:Seeking a registered nurse to assist with caseloads and increased referrals.The ideal candidate will work throughout the designated area.Shifts are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.No call or weekend shifts are required.Experience with charting in EPIC is necessary.First-time travelers are welcome.Candidates from local regions accepted.Applicants must hold a compact or state RN license.Key responsibilities include admission assessments, care management of patients, wound care, IV management, and medication administration.Experience with OASIS is essential.Ideal candidates should be proficient in vital signs monitoring, infection control precautions, and pain management.Special procedures include wound vac management, IV/PICC line care, and care for patients with various diagnoses.Attendance will be monitored, with a maximum of three absences allowed per contract.Compliance with all documentation and safety protocols is required.
