Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in home health for a 13-week contract. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, with a typical daily caseload of 5 to 8 patients. A valid RN license, CPR/BLS, and proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase EMR and OASIS are required.

The position includes a day shift, 8-hour hours, and an on-call rotation. Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic is expected, and documentation must be completed within 24 hours of visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one full year of recent adult home health or hospice experience.
• Active nursing license in hand.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase EMR and OASIS.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver’s license and agency-required liability insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic.
