Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home in Colorado Springs seeks a dedicated Home Health RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes across Teller County and surrounding areas.

You will lead and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and mentor LPNs/LVNs to foster a cohesive, compassionate care team. A clear path for clinical leadership and professional growth awaits.

Qualifications

• RN license active in state served (Colorado).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; Home Health experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

As a Home Health RN, you will:

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Home Health experience required.
• Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
