Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an RN for Home Health in Carson City, NV. This role covers assessments, planning care, and patient education across home health and hospice settings.

The nurse will supervise HHA/STNA/LVN staff, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure compliant care delivery while coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nevada.
• CPR certification.
• ADN or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Homecare Homebase and OASIS experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, safety, and self-care practices.

• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, safety, and self-care practices.
• Supervise and provide clinical directions to HHA/STNA/LVN staff to ensure quality service.
• Perform on-call services and respond to patient needs appropriately.

Critical Information

• Remote, hybrid, or on-site options based on schedule notes.
• Schedule: 28 units per week; possible on-call responsibilities.
• Compliance with infection control and safety standards (OSHA).
• Effective communication with patients, families, team members, and healthcare professionals.

Education / Licenses Needed

• Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
• CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma); Bachelor's preferred.
• Homecare Homebase and OASIS experience required.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
