Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to interpret plans of care, assess nursing decisions, and deliver individualized, safe nursing care. You will administer medications, monitor responses, record vital signs, and coordinate with the healthcare team to evaluate and adjust care plans.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and MA RN licensure. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential; clinical duties include triage and ongoing patient assessment.

• Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year expected

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
