BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in the Fayetteville area, supporting a pediatric trach/vent client in Raeford, NC. Enjoy flexible day and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time options and a schedule that fits your life.

Starting pay is $31–$33 per hour with a $250 bonus. BAYADA offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and growth within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Formación

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes for 1:1 care.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors’ orders and document observations and interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Provide hands-on nursing care with autonomy in the home.

Meet Our Clients:

We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support a pediatric trach/vent client in Raeford, NC. Both day and overnight opportunities are available, with flexible options to fit your schedule.

Schedule:

• Day shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Overnight shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Full-time and part‑time options available
• Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay:

• Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)
• $250 Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
