Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who loves providing high-quality in-home care with compassion and reliability. The role centers on one-to-one client care, with training and onboarding designed to build hands-on skills in our simulation lab and in-home meet-and-greets before independent work.

Your day will include travel to one client near you, following doctors' orders, conducting assessments, documenting observations, and maintaining

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $32/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
