Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide dedicated, one-on-one home care for pediatric and adult clients in the Wilmington area. You will travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver skilled nursing care with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• One year of RN experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and provide private duty RN care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document accordingly.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide care with autonomy in the home.

We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Wilmington region.

Schedule:

• Both day and overnight opportunities are available
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay:

• Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
