Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greenville Skilled Nursing Office as a private duty nurse delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care.

Expect onboarding and ongoing training, with support from a dedicated team and 24/7 on-call assistance. Responsibilities include traveling to client homes, following physicians' orders, performing assessments and documenting observations, and providing autonomous care with family involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program with diploma or degree in nursing.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of nursing experience as RN/LPN.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to provide private duty nursing care.
• Follow up with and document doctor orders.
• Assess and monitor clients' conditions and document observations and interventions.
• Provide autonomous care in clients' homes and coordinate with families and schools as needed.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay from $29-31/ hour based on qualifications and availability
• $5,000 - $10,000 bonus for certain clients and shifts
• Hours available in the Goldsboro, Pikeville, Seven Springs, and Mount Olive areas include:

  • Weekends
