Job summary

Avid Health at Home is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN to lead a multidisciplinary team providing in-home care across North Carolina. You will oversee care plans, case management, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NC RN licensure, a valid driver's license, and travel to counties including Richmond, Anson, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Scotland, and Stanly.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• Must maintain all state and federal licensure requirements and comply with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care planning and case management per physician orders.
• Supervise interdisciplinary care team and ensure clinical integrity of practice.
• Manage client intake assessments and support branch growth goals.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with physician orders.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation across departments.
• Lead quality improvement activities and field performance assessments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and agency operations.
