Job summary

3HC Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Practice in Clinton, NC. This role leads a multidisciplinary team including nursing and therapy and serves as Clinical Manager in the Director's absence.

The position emphasizes compliance, staff development, and effective patient care coordination with a focus on high-quality home health services in a supportive team environment. Applicants should have RN license in NC and supervisory experience; full-time hours;

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in NC.
• Minimum of two years experience as an RN.
• Minimum of one year experience in home health nursing (preferred).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state guidelines related to home health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Abides by and supports 3HC's Compliance Program and Code of Ethics.
• Creates positive experiences for internal and external customers.
• Supervises, supports, educate and mentor staff at point of service.
• Fills vacancies with qualified applicants and ensures proper orientation.
• Performs duties including home health/nursing visits during patient overload or emergencies.
• Maintains a safe work environment and promotes safety and cleanliness.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth for self and staff.
• Demonstrates cost-conscious use of agency resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
