Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team, delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes across a defined territory.

You will apply assessment skills, clinical judgment, and compassion to help patients recover safely and stay independent at home. We offer flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles, with opportunities for education and professional development within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory

For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.

Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
