Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Broomfield Hospital in Colorado is seeking an experienced ED RN for a full-time night shift. The role includes 72 hours per pay period, on-site work, and a night shift incentive program. A strong candidate will have 1+ years of ED experience and current RN licensure.

Qualified candidates must obtain TNCC/ATCN within 1 year of hire and maintain ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent patient care.

Department: BF Emergency

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Work nights, earn more—our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full‑time night shift RNs.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• TNCC or ATCN within 1 year of hire.
