Zusammenfassung

Lancashire Post Acute is seeking an RN for Memory Care Unit shifts. Offering up to $50,000 in student loan repayments and stipends for eligible candidates. Various shifts include 3:00pm–11:00pm (Part-time) and 11:00pm–7:00am (Full-time & Part-time).

Daily Pay available and hourly wages range $37–$42. Qualified RNs will provide skilled nursing care, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and document meticulously.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in VA.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of VA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
