Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans created by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications per plan of care; monitor conditions.
• Document accurately per orders, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
