Job summary

Hampden Post Acute, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is seeking an RN to join our care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and competitive shift differentials.

You will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a 135-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate holds an MA RN license, active CPR/BLS, and strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license (or currently licensed in MA) and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
