Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The RN will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care across the continuum.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration within a Magnet Facility. Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, BLS/ACLS as required, and flexibility to work nights and weekends on a 3 x 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
