Atrium Health Floyd is launching an 11-bed High Acuity Progressive Care Unit (HAU) in early 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, fast-growing team. The HAU cares for high acuity medically complex patients with a dedicated 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
