Atrium Health Floyd is launching an 11-bed High Acuity Progressive Care Unit (HAU) in early 2026, offering nurses the chance to join a brand-new, fast-growing team in northwest Georgia. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, applying the nursing process to deliver safe, effective treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, current RN license for the state, and BLS

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

The HAU cares for high acuity medically complex patients with a dedicated 1:3 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. In the HAU you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture and care from day one, and play a key role in launching a unit designed for excellence. We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
