Atrium Health Floyd is launching an 11-bed High Acuity Progressive Care Unit (HAU) in early 2026, offering nurses the chance to join a brand-new, fast-growing team in northwest Georgia. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, applying the nursing process to deliver safe, effective treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, current RN license for the state, and BLS

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
