Carle Health is seeking a highly skilled RN to join NT7 Digestive Surgical Unit in a 43-bed, high‑acuity setting. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and provide post‑operative care for complex surgical patients, including wound care and ostomy management, while collaborating with residents and attending surgeons.

This role offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for external applicants with 1+ year of RN experience, plus relocation and BSN bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• BLS required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specified.
• Implements procedures and care plans based on unit standards.
• Completes initial assessment upon admission and develops plan of care.
• Monitors wound care, wound vacs and ostomy management.
• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients and supports safety.
