Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Nursing Leader to act as the charge nurse in our dialysis unit. You will direct patient care staff, assess daily needs, and ensure safe dialysis treatment under physician supervision.

The role requires RN licensure, at least 9 months of nursing experience and 3 months in dialysis leadership, with strong communication and supervisory skills. Travel between facilities may be required; healthcare compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of dialysis RN charge nurse in absence of the Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Assess daily patient care needs and develop appropriate assignments.
• Monitor dialysis treatments and communicate concerns to rounding physician.
• Supervise documentation and participate in monthly QA meetings.
