Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking PRN Registered Nurses for the 8 North Telemetry unit. You will provide direct RN care, administer therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patients ranging from adults to geriatrics.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.

Why Oncology/Hematology?

This 38-bed Telemetry Monitored Nursing Unit Provides The Opportunity To Work With a Wide Variety Of Patients Ranging In Age From Adults To Geriatrics. The Conditions That Are Within The Scope Of Service For 8 North Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:

• Medical Oncology
• High Dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant
• CAR T Cell Therapy
• Administration of Chemotherapy, Biotherapy, and Monoclonal Antibodies
• Surgical Oncology
• Gynecologic Oncology
• Administration of Radiation Therapy
• Hematologic Disorders (Sickle Cell Crisis, Aplastic Anemia, Thalassemia, Thrombocytopenia)
• Continuous Cardiac Monitoring (Telemetry)
