Job summary

PACS is seeking a Health and Wellness Director to oversee the health services department and supervise the health services team. The role involves coordinating resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe, dignified environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, BSN (preferred), and 7+ years of nursing management experience. Responsibilities include on-call support, staff training, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise resident care plans and services.
• Coordinate health services with physicians, nurses, and vendors.
• Oversee health services team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide on-call support and triage for resident care questions.
• Lead infection control training and incident investigations.
• Ensure accurate resident records and documentation.
