Marquis Companies is seeking a Health Services Director (RN) for our community-based Memory Care unit. This role leads nursing and caregiving teams, coordinates clinical services, and ensures person-centered care for residents in a small 25-bed Memory Care unit on an integrated campus with ALF/SNF facilities.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN in Oregon with leadership experience in dementia care settings and a track record of quality nursing management.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN for Oregon.
• Experience as a nursing supervisor preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day functions of the caregiver staff.
• Lead person-centered care planning with nursing staff and other professionals.
• Delegate nursing tasks and ensure quality of care.
• Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel for care planning.
