Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), Health Center Manager, to lead the health center in South Bend, IN.

Start date anticipated for early January 2027, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, staffing, patient care, and compliance. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance, monitor patient flow and utilization, and drive process improvements while ensuring infection control standards are met.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Current RN license in Indiana
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS may be required by contract
• COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management certification preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of medical field experience
• 2–3 years of management experience
• Infection prevention standards knowledge (CDC/WHO/APIC)

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow of the health center
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
• Allocate time for patient care and clinical/technical tasks
• Monitor patient flow, utilization, and service penetration
• Identify process improvements and root causes of issues
• Act as infection control lead and support quality initiatives
• Communicate policies and conduct meetings with client representatives
• Complete incident reports and assist investigations and resolutions
• Maintain accurate patient health records
• Perform other duties as assigned
